Intro
Follow the leader
Students in groups of 5-6 will form lines and the first student to lead for 30 seconds with moves of his/her choice. All students in the line will follow the moves. 5 second for transitions between students and music.

Body
Perpetual Motion Machine
Students in same groups will create a sequence of 5-6 moves and practice it. Motions need to be perpetual when they perform it. The goal of this activity is to practice transitions in dance.
Assessment
Formative assessment via continuous teacher feedback.
For the main activity, groups will assess each other (peer assessment).
Closure
Exit tickets
Students will research and list their favourite songs on a Google doc to be incorporated in the class playlist.
